With 360 video the possibilities are endless, and this means that there is great freedom to use 360 video to best suit your needs. We’ve collected a few of our favourite 360 video that all do something a little bit different.

They’ve really lost everything – Doctors Without Borders

Taking your typical interview film, Doctors without Borders creates something different with 360 degree video. It creates the opportunity for the viewer to see the true conditions of this refugee camp while still hearing the interview. This film immerses the viewer in the refugee camp, creating an experience the viewer cannot ignore.

Nightingale – SIGMA and Libratone

This film is a collection of user-generated 360 video content. While the people in this video were sent the 360 degree video cameras for free, it shows that the technology is becoming increasingly accessible and easy enough for amateurs to use. Perhaps in a few years costs for 360 degree cameras will become affordable enough for general public, and if they do expect many more dynamic videos like the one below

With 360 video you can immerse viewers in an environment, giving them first person access. This is exactly what The Royal Collection Trust have done through this video. They’ve taken an iconic place that most people will never get to step inside, and given them access. People can now journey through the hallways of Buckingham Palace and look around.
