If you’re anything like us then longhaul flights probably don’t do anything to enhance your good looks. Usually the very definition of beauty (and modesty), it’s fair to say that stepping off the plane after a 10 hour night flight we certainly don’t look our best.
All the more reason to travel with Virgin Atlantic: they have just launched the world’s first ever airline onesie on selected longhaul routes in Upper Class. If you have ever worn a onesie you’ll understand that this is a genius idea: weary travellers can rest their heads in an outfit that isn’t just fun but also super comfy.
We went along to film Amber Le Bon model the onesie at Virgin’s press photo shoot. Star photographer Tom Oldham captured Amber, daughter of Duran Duran lead singer Simon Le Bon and 80s supermodel Yasmin Le Bon, getting comfortable in the onesie at Virgin’s training base (in the mock up plane seen in James Bond no less!).
The lovely Amber looked gorgeous and dished out valuable advice on how to travel in style. So next time you see us stepping off a plane looking fabulous, you know why. And because we’re nice, we’re happy to share Amber’s tips.
